Bulk meals are cooked in large quantities. Restaurants also need time to gather enough raw materials to accommodate your order. We advise all customers to place their orders at least 24 hrs prior to the journey. For group meals with more than 100 passengers, please book your orders 48 hours before your journey to avail the best services.

How do I pay for my bulk order?

We only require a partial advance amount (approx 30-40%) to confirm your bulk order. Payment allows the restaurant to begin preparing your meal. You can pay the remaining amount through Cash on Delivery (COD) or online once the food is delivered to your coach.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Plans can change. With Gofoodieonline you can cancel your bulk order without any worries.

  • Up to 24 Hours from Delivery: We will refund the full advance amount. (A minimal amount will be charged as processing fees.)
  • Within 24 Hours of Delivery: Once the restaurant receives the advance booking amount, the food preparation will begin and cannot be stopped. As such, the advance amount will not be refunded.
